How to obtain a free Viagra sample

What is Viagra?
Sildenafil Citrate (commonly known as Viagra), was approved in 1998
by the FDA to be manufactured by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. When taken
1 hour before sexual activity, Viagra enhances the effects of nitric
oxide, a chemical that relaxes smooth muscles in the penis during
sexual stimulation, allowing more blood flow to the penis. Viagra
improves the response to sexual stimulation, but does not trigger
an automatic erection. Viagra simply increases the body’s ability
to achieve and maintain an erection. According to Pfizer, over 9
million men use Viagra, and Viagra is the most-prescribed medicine
for erectile dysfunction in the U.S.

Viagra dosage
Viagra comes in 25, 50 and 100mg tablets. The recommended dose is
50mg, but physicians may adjust this dose depending on the requirements
of the patient. Viagra shouldn’t be used more than once a day.

Is it real Viagra?
Viagra pills are blue, film-coated tablets with a rounded-diamond-shape,
in 25, 50 and 100mg doses. Some Web sites offer Viagra, yet actually
are dispensing a cheap substitute. Only pills with the above description
are genuine Viagra.

Does Viagra work for erectile dysfunction?
Viagra has been tested in 100 completed and ongoing studies, which
includes over 8,000 men. Evaluation of the drug activity was usually
done via self-assessment. The results of a 6-month open labeled
study found Viagra improved sexual function in 88% of patients.
Test criteria included: maintenance, frequency and firmness of erection;
frequency of orgasm; frequency and level of desire; frequency, satisfaction
and enjoyment of sexual intercourse; and satisfaction of overall
relationship. Viagra has also been shown to have an excellent safety
profile. Viagra does not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases.

Viagra side effects
If any Viagra side effects are experienced, they are usually temporary
and mild.
Most common:

• Facial flushing
• Upset stomach
• Stuffy nose
Less common:
• Temporary bluish vision
• Mild and temporary blurred vision

How fast does Viagra work?
Viagra can start working in as little as 30 minutes, and can last
up to 4 hours. Eating a meal high in fat can slow down the process,
so do not consume high fat foods with Viagra for optimal results.

Best way to take Viagra
Dosage is not the same for everyone. You may only need 25mg, while
others require a 100mg dose. Discuss the effectiveness with your
doctor and adjust your dosage if necessary.
How you take Viagra also determines it’s efficacy. Viagra should
not be taken with high fat meals. Also, alcohol is known to decrease
erectile function, so for optimal results do not consume excessive
amounts of alcohol while taking Viagra.
In some cases, it may take 3 or 4 times for Viagra to work. Don’t
give up after the first time. And remember not to take Viagra more
than once in a 24 hour period.

Who shouldn’t use Viagra for erectile
dysfunction?
If taking medicines containing nitrates – either regularly
or as needed – never take Viagra.
If you take Viagra with any nitrate medicine or recreational drug
containing nitrates, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to
an unsafe level. You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart
attack or stroke. Nitrates are found in many prescription medicines
used to treat angina (chest pain due to heart disease).
Examples of medicines containing Nitrates:
• nitroglycerin (sprays, ointments, skin patches/pastes, tablets
that are swallowed or dissolved in the mouth)
• isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate (tablets
that are swallowed, chewed, or dissolved in the mouth)
• recreational drugs like amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers").
If you are unsure if any of your medicines contain nitrates, or
don’t understand what nitrates are, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

General Viagra precautions
Obtain a complete medical history and exam to determine the cause
of your erectile dysfunction before taking Viagra.
• Men with an abnormally shaped penis or medical conditions
that may cause sustained erections like sickle-cell anemia, leukemia
or multiple myeloma may not be able to take Viagra.
• Several medications are known to interact with Viagra. Tell

Viagra has not been studied with other treatments for erectile dysfunction.
